Under this nice packing first I found a 3 kg maxi-sized glass of Nutella and as chassis of the car a poker case with 300 chips. We went to bed quite late ;-)
The morning of the last day we had to get up early, because our train was leaving at 7.42. I opened the window to the courtyard and saw the antennas on the neighbour-house burning in a red light. Five minutes later the show was over.
The second day we walked round the city of Rome doing hardcoresightseeing. One of our last stations was Santa Maria della Vittoria, where a marble sculpture made by Bernini shows the Ecstasy of St. Theresa.
It is discussed whether the ecstasy is more spiritual or physical.
The first day of the trip included the Vatican City and Castel Sant’Angelo. This picture shows Saint Peter’s Basilica with the famous cupola designed by Michelangelo taken from a window of Castel Sant’Angelo.
